Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of sales management experience.
  • At least 3 years managing key or national accounts.
  • Proven track record of driving growth in retail, distribution, or consumer product sales channels.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience leading remote teams.
  • Willingness to travel to Billings HQ, line reviews, trade shows, and for new account prospecting.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, NetSuite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales, profitability, and new account goals.

Responsibilities

  • Direct, mentor, and motivate the national sales team to achieve revenue, door count, and merchandising objectives.
  • Oversee relationships with key national and strategic accounts.
  • Develop and monitor sales plans, programs, and promotions.
  • Coordinate daily sales activities, pipeline reviews, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Establish KPIs, track sales metrics, and provide regular reporting to the VP of Sales.
  • Ensure use of HubSpot & NetSuite to manage pipelines and forecast sales.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, finance, and product teams.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing key accounts and new channels.
  • Support ongoing development of the sales team through coaching and training.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to drive informed decision-making.
