Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional software engineering experience, specifically focused on backend development and ETL pipelines for web applications.
- Proven experience collecting, cleaning, structuring, and analyzing large, complex data sets.
- High proficiency in Python, Pandas, and SQL.
- Strong deductive reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in at least one major business intelligence tool (e.g., Google DataStudio, Power BI, Tableau).
- Practical experience working within major cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Responsibilities
- Define, design, and implement continuous improvements for the SaaS platform, data storage, and ETL pipelines related to security, quality, testing, automation, and new features.
- Ensure the high availability, scalability, and performance of the platform, data architecture, and associated internal tools.
- Support internal staff and external stakeholders in understanding and maximizing the utility of the platform’s data and tools.
- Contribute actively to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and task prioritization.
- Estimate technical effort and assist in establishing realistic project timelines.
- Proactively track and report on development progress, identifying and resolving potential delays or technical roadblocks early.
