Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software or infrastructure engineering, solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technology consulting.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with data engineering pipelines and AI/ML applications.
- Ability to translate complex technology into clear business impact.
- Experience designing multi-cloud or hybrid architectures in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with security, compliance, and data-governance requirements in regulated industries.
- C1 level proficiency in German and English.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Willingness to travel across Germany and Switzerland.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and design innovative solutions across AI, data, and cloud domains.
- Act as a trusted advisor to client executives, connecting technology strategy to business value.
- Shape and present proposals, architectures, and proofs of concept.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to scope, price, and mobilize projects.
- Provide technical validation and solution assurance during all stages of client engagement.
- Build relationships with key technology partners.
- Contribute to thought leadership in the region through workshops, public speaking, and insights.
- Champion a consultative, outcome-driven approach.
