Requirements
- Solid production-level experience with Databricks-based data, analytics, ML, or AI solutions
- Strong hands-on technical skills in data engineering, architecture, or data science
- Ability to work as a senior or lead expert in client environments
- Interest in sharing knowledge and mentoring
- Curiosity and ambition to develop into a top-tier field expert
- Fluent communication in Polish and English (C1 level)
Responsibilities
- Deliver Databricks-based data, analytics, ML, or AI solutions in client projects
- Develop toward Databricks Solutions Architect Champion level
- Participate in peer learning among seniors, architects, and existing Champions
- Develop internal Databricks accelerators including Bricksbuilder Solutions
- Share knowledge via talks, blogs, and case references
- Collaborate with Databricks experts and internal teams
