Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a Technical Product Manager in a modern software or product organisation
- Proven ability to create and manage backlogs and write clear, detailed user stories
- Capable of prioritising features based on customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
- Competency to participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and architecture decisions
- Strong analytical skills to collect, analyse, and interpret data
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales
- Flexible to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills to overcome technical and business challenges
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Understanding of programming concepts including data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns
- Knowledge of technical architecture including system design, scalability, and performance optimisation
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that solutions meet product requirements whilst providing guidance and oversight
- Manage product backlogs and create/refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Participate in team ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Triage and resolve product-related issues and communicate with stakeholders
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Make trade-off decisions based on conflicting priorities, resource constraints, or technical limitations
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze data and metrics to inform product decisions and measure performance
- Support a culture of knowledge sharing and documentation
