Requirements
- Proven experience in indirect (services and SaaS) procurement.
- Solid experience managing vendor relationships.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong commercial negotiation and contracting skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a globally distributed team.
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to onboard, monitor and terminate vendor relationships.
- Advise internal stakeholders on vendor management requirements and communicate potential risks.
- Identify, monitor, escalate, and remediate issues in the procurement process.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure pricing while aligning with company terms.
- Manage the procurement process in Coupa in partnership with business owners.
- Track and monitor software license renewals.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure compliance with laws and internal policies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of procurement activities.
- Communicate with vendors to address performance issues.
