Requirements
- Proven experience leading global benefits programs including strategy, plan design, and vendor management.
- Knowledge of global benefits laws and compliance (ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, PFL).
- Experience supporting benefits across multiple countries or regions.
- Strong employee experience mindset and communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, financial, and project management skills.
- Experience evaluating benefits funding models (fully insured and self-insured).
- Experience leading, coaching, or influencing teams.
- Practical fluency with AI, automation, and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, governance, and ongoing evolution of Scopely’s global benefits portfolio.
- Develop and evolve Scopely’s benefits philosophy.
- Oversee core benefits programs, including health and welfare, retirement, leave of absence, and disability.
- Manage budget planning, forecasting, and cost management.
- Lead global benefits renewals and enrollment strategy.
- Build strong vendor, broker, consultant, and provider relationships.
- Strengthen Scopely’s benefits service delivery model.
- Ensure benefits programs, policies, and operating practices are compliant and audit-ready.
- Lead, coach, and develop the benefits team.
