Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in program management or related roles.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- At least 2 years of experience managing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of healthcare processes and compliance regulations is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Leading the daily operations of assigned programs, providing direction and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Developing and implementing training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Monitoring and analyzing program performance data, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies across all programs.
- Preparing and presenting reports to senior management on program performance.
