Requirements
- 2+ years of animation or motion graphics experience.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, visual storytelling, and marketing or ad creatives.
- Strong understanding of social media content formats, video ad specifications, and digital-first content.
- Strong attention to detail and creative quality.
- Ability to work remotely during U.S. business hours.
- Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya (nice to have).
- Understanding of sound design, pacing, and ad creative psychology (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Create 2D animations, motion graphics, kinetic typography, and animated visual effects.
- Develop animations for social media ads, explainer videos, product demos, and marketing campaigns.
- Translate scripts, storyboards, and creative concepts into polished visual content.
- Create engaging visual sequences focusing on pacing, transitions, and timing.
- Collaborate with creative teams, marketers, and video editors to deliver quality content.
- Export animations in multiple formats (MP4, GIF, MOV, WebM) optimized for various platforms.
- Organize project files, maintain version control, and optimize workflow efficiency.
