Requirements

  • 5+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles.
  • Experience in or adjacent to financial services.
  • Strategic account management or consulting experience.
  • Familiarity with financial services regulatory frameworks (SOC 2, FedRAMP, PCI DSS).
  • Knowledge of software supply chain security, vulnerability management, or DevSecOps.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and taking initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships from practitioner teams to CISOs.
  • Lead business-focused onboarding, success planning, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Facilitate executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
  • Drive expansion opportunities and mitigate renewal risk.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally to Product and Engineering.
  • Coordinate with Technical Support on escalations.
