Requirements
- 5+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles.
- Experience in or adjacent to financial services.
- Strategic account management or consulting experience.
- Familiarity with financial services regulatory frameworks (SOC 2, FedRAMP, PCI DSS).
- Knowledge of software supply chain security, vulnerability management, or DevSecOps.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and taking initiative.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships from practitioner teams to CISOs.
- Lead business-focused onboarding, success planning, and stakeholder alignment.
- Facilitate executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
- Drive expansion opportunities and mitigate renewal risk.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally to Product and Engineering.
- Coordinate with Technical Support on escalations.
