Responsibilities

  • Lead implementations from kickoff to go-live across single rooftops and groups
  • Drive daily product adoption and measure impact on dealership metrics
  • Build and maintain relationships with key dealership decision makers
  • Set up and manage weekly check-ins, launch reviews, and QBRs
  • Triage and resolve technical issues in coordination with product/engineering
  • Create repeatable playbooks for onboarding, training, renewals, and support
  • Manage retention and expansion motions
  • Translate dealership feedback into actionable product improvements
