Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience.
- 0-to-1 experience at a startup or spinning up a new business unit.
- Experience with AI-native solution design (agentic workflows, retrieval, models).
- Hands-on experience shipping agentic AI products in production.
- Experience with LLMs, evals, and prompting.
- Proven track record building customer-facing products.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for climate action.
- Experience building B2B or enterprise products in complex industries (utilities/energy/logistics) is a plus.
- Experience as a forward-deployed or embedded PM is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead 0-to-1 product development for a new AI-native grid resilience product.
- Decide product scope by combining customer discovery, AI feasibility, and company vision.
- Design and ship agentic, AI-native workflows in tight loops with engineering and design.
- Define success metrics and monitor team progress.
- Communicate product bets, learnings, and trade-offs to the team.
- Contribute to broader product strategy and alignment with core products.
