Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, TAM, Sales Engineering, or Integration Engineering.
- 3+ years in a people management role leading client-facing technical teams in Fintech/payments/e-commerce.
- Proven success building and scaling technical integration or SE functions.
- Deep technical fluency in payments (Stripe, Adyen, PayPal, Square, Fiserv).
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, BigCommerce).
- Expertise in APIs, SDKs, and modern web integration patterns.
- Record of managing enterprise relationships and leading executive-facing conversations.
- Experience designing and operationalizing team-level delivery frameworks like sprint planning.
- Strong commercial instincts connecting technical delivery to revenue.
- Experience in developer portal strategy and technical documentation.
- Hands-on experience scaling AI tools and automation.
Responsibilities
- Design playbooks, standards, and escalation frameworks for scalable merchant integration delivery.
- Architect team engagement across web, payment, and commerce technologies.
- Synthesize merchant insights to drive product and platform decisions.
- Build organizational expertise in payments and BNPL.
- Coach a team to present technically to C-level stakeholders.
- Transform integration friction and bottlenecks into structured process improvements.
- Own strategy and execution of the developer portal and documentation experience.
- Set direction for AI tooling adoption within the Solutions Engineering function.
- Bridge Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure commercial ambitions are technically grounded.
