Requirements

- Strong proficiency in Python with frameworks such as Flask, LiteStart, FastAPI
- Experience building and operating Service-Oriented Architectures
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React
- Experience working on front-end components at scale
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools
- Knowledge of caching technologies, database systems, and SQL
- Experience using behavioral and product data to validate hypotheses
- Experience integrating with third-party platforms
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components using Python and React
- Mentor and develop junior engineers through design and collaboration
- Drive process improvements and architectural changes
- Create testing automation for high-quality deliverables
- Utilize AI coding tools as a force multiplier
- Collaborate with leadership to define technical requirements and user experiences
