Requirements

  • +5 years of experience in managing technical IT projects such as infrastructure, platforms, and telecommunication cloud migration, virtual desktop infrastructure
  • +2 years of experience with Microsoft Azure solutions, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Endpoint/Mobile Device Management (Intune), and Microsoft Teams Telephony
  • Certification in Microsoft Azure technology is highly desirable
  • Strong experience in managing changes, risks, issues
  • Good experience in tracking project costs with external vendors
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Sound experience in senior stakeholder management
  • Certification in project management (Prince2, PMP, or equivalent) is highly desirable
  • Certification in Information Technology Service Management (ITSM), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), ISO/IEC 20000, or equivalent is highly desirable
  • Expert knowledge in spoken and written English

Responsibilities

  • Manage IT projects and ensure success implementation of the proposed plan, including testing and deployment, in adherence to the timeline, budget, and scope.
  • Documents projects in compliance with OIM’s Enterprise Programme Management Office methodology and templates.
  • Coordinates and facilitates the necessary meetings and presentations to relevant governing bodies.
  • Complete IT change request documentation following the OIM’s ICT Change Management methodology and templates.
  • Present to the IT Change Advisory Board as required.
  • Work closely with the ICT Service Desk, ICT Infrastructure, ICT Security/Business Continuity Planning, and Business Applications teams, as well as business stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Provide technical advice and expertise on topics related to cloud-based infrastructure and services migration.
  • Provide technical advice and expertise on topics related to Endpoint and Mobile Device Management, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, Active Directory, and Cloud Telephony.
