Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (MBA a plus).
- 10+ years of relevant experience in retail pharmacy operations (chain or independent).
- 3-5 years of experience in software system applications.
- Knowledge of pharmacy law and regulatory requirements.
- Strong background in financial analysis, banking, and loan knowledge.
- Ability to interpret Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Tax Returns.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com.
- Excellent communication and consultative skills.
- Must be able to travel 60% in the market geography.
- Current driver's license with clean MVR.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute a regional strategy to increase successful ownership transfers.
- Promote program awareness through state associations, pharmacy schools, and buying groups.
- Facilitate financing alternatives and develop relationships with financial institutions.
- Maintain databases of potential buyers and sellers using tools like Salesforce.
- Provide strategic analysis and tracking of industry status and competitors.
- Collaborate with internal field sales and leadership teams to support regional goals.
- Offer consultative support on business valuation, transitions, and business plans.
- Manage and coordinate deal activity from initiation to successful closure.
