Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch and English language.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device sales, diabetes care, endocrinology or a related clinical field.
  • Proficient in Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes self-management (insulin pumps, AID systems, CGMs, infusion sets).
  • Experience engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and supporting complex HCP relationships.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% within the territory.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and insurance.
  • Ability to travel to the U.S. or Switzerland for training and meetings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and ensure achievement of sales goals through clinical acceptance of insulin pump therapy.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with endocrinologists, diabetes educators, and KOLs.
  • Use clinical expertise to provide account sales support and education on insulin pump therapy and self-management.
  • Schedule and deliver product training for patients, customers, and HCPs.
  • Maintain CRM records for all business dealings within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct educational classes for patients to support diabetes management.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, and Customer Support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
