Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in the UKI market.
  • Consistent year-on-year quota attainment history.
  • Proven experience closing enterprise deals of €250K+ ARR.
  • Experience managing complex 6-12 month sales cycles.
  • Strong technical understanding of IDP, Developer Tools, and CMP.
  • Established network of senior decision-makers (CTO, CIO, Heads of DevOps).
  • Experience selling through or with strategic partners is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Comfortable working in an international, collaborative team.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue high-value opportunities to accelerate new business acquisition.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle: prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Manage upsell opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Provide regular sales reporting via HubSpot.
  • Contribute to corporate culture and the recruitment of future teammates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide customer feedback for the product roadmap.
  • Analyze market developments and competitive landscape.
