Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in the UKI market.
- Consistent year-on-year quota attainment history.
- Proven experience closing enterprise deals of €250K+ ARR.
- Experience managing complex 6-12 month sales cycles.
- Strong technical understanding of IDP, Developer Tools, and CMP.
- Established network of senior decision-makers (CTO, CIO, Heads of DevOps).
- Experience selling through or with strategic partners is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-growth startup environment.
- Comfortable working in an international, collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue high-value opportunities to accelerate new business acquisition.
- Drive the entire sales cycle: prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Manage upsell opportunities within the existing customer base.
- Provide regular sales reporting via HubSpot.
- Contribute to corporate culture and the recruitment of future teammates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide customer feedback for the product roadmap.
- Analyze market developments and competitive landscape.
