Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a high-volume or contact center environment
  • Strong working knowledge of HR principles and multi-state employment law
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems such as Paycor, UKG, Workday, or ADP
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to analyze and present HR data
  • Knowledge of leave of absence and benefits administration

Responsibilities

  • Monitor employee engagement and organizational culture within the contact center
  • Lead employee relations, including investigations and conflict resolution
  • Manage performance management processes and corrective action plans
  • Partner with leaders to support team effectiveness and leadership development
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Support onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives
  • Maintain HRIS data accuracy and manage HR reporting
  • Liaise between company entities to ensure consistency in people practices
