Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for business and corporate roles across Europe.
- Partner with hiring managers to define sourcing and assessment strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders sharing market insights.
- Proactively source and engage talent pools.
- Conduct interviews autonomously ensuring a structured selection process.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience.
- Use recruitment KPIs and Greenhouse ATS to drive hiring decisions.
