Requirements

  • CentralReach experience or any ABA CRM experience is a must.
  • Proven experience in data entry or intake coordination, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Proficiency with data entry software, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Understanding of privacy and confidentiality standards (HIPAA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Enter client intake information into designated databases and systems with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Verify data for completeness and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with intake and clinical teams to coordinate client information and documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with all relevant privacy regulations.
  • Assist in managing client communication during the intake process.
  • Generate reports and provide administrative support as needed.
