Responsibilities
- Source passive candidates through tailored outreach
- Manage inbound applications across LinkedIn, Indeed, and Ashby
- Run first-round phone or video screens
- Track recruiting metrics weekly
- Coordinate scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain a warm bench of strong candidates
