Requirements

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively

Responsibilities
- Receive and prioritize incoming service requests and dispatch field personnel accordingly
- Monitor and track the status of jobs throughout the workday to ensure timely completion
- Communicate with technicians and customers to provide updates and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Use routing software and other tools to optimize technician schedules and travel times
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and job statuses in the relevant systems
- Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to improve dispatch processes and customer satisfaction
