- Experience scaling a high-growth company of 100+ employees.
- Deep knowledge of U.S. labor law, EEO compliance, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience managing complex employee relations.
- Excellent, direct communication skills.
- Strong bias for action and ability to operate in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Act as a business partner to align people strategies with product and profit goals.
- Lead performance management, goal setting, and calibration processes.
- Oversee talent acquisition strategy and hiring operations.
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution with an objective approach.
- Streamline HR systems, policies, and employee handbook processes.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. labor and employment laws.
- Manage organizational planning, job architecture, and salary benchmarking.
