Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or Solution Architect in SaaS and enterprise platform environments.
- Strong knowledge of requirements engineering and technical solution design.
- Hands-on experience with IAM topics (IdP, SSO, SCIM).
- Experience with API-based integrations and automation.
- Solid understanding of non-functional requirements (security, compliance, operability).
- Experience in agile product or platform teams.
- Experience in large enterprise environments or multi-tenant SaaS.
Responsibilities
- Support a digital ideation and collaboration platform as a Technical Solution Architect / Analyst.
- Bridge business requirements, ideation use cases, and technical solution design within a global SaaS platform environment.
- Gather and refine functional and non-functional requirements.
- Design scalable end-to-end solutions.
- Specify integrations within a global collaboration tool landscape.
- Support IAM/SSO and API-based connectivity.
- Deliver robust, well-documented solution designs and configuration guidelines.
