Requirements
- Significant experience in implementing, supporting, or administering core business and IT operations-related technology solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Quality and compliance, quality management systems, document control, and global change management.
- Proven track record leading implementation and/or maintenance tracks as a consultant, business analyst, or IT lead and/or business sponsor.
- Influential experience in leading teams through hard decisions and negotiating compromises.
- Experience in working in a Consulting and/or customer-facing role, and managing customer expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- University degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Implement new features within the Veeva Quality suite at Life Sciences companies.
- Guide customers on enhancing quality and compliance culture using the Veeva Quality suite.
- Think critically to design necessary customer solutions.
- Act as customer liaison between implementation, maintenance, and internal product teams.
- Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices.
- Drive change management for customers switching to SaaS.
- Assist with Quality processes, including documents, Quality Events, CAPAs, Deviations, Change Control, Audits, and Training.
- Mentor team members and junior consultants.
