- Extensive experience with Agile Processes and Scrum methodologies
- Proven track record in leading and facilitating scrum teams
- Strong project management and team communication skills
- Ability to make and own technical decisions
- Ability to translate business goals into technical execution plans
- Relevant degree (Business, Finance, Economics, MIS, CS, or IT)
- IIBA or PMI certifications
- Prior experience in the EdTech domain
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements
- Create user stories, process flows and business cases
- Support development and QA teams throughout the SDLC
- Translate business needs in technical requirements
- Manage documentation and workflow diagrams
