- Strong analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer needs and the business landscape, translating them into clear business requirements
- Adhere to the requirements gathering and analysis process
- Ensure that all requirements align with strategic data models and the operating model
- Assist program management by assessing the impact of change requests on design, scope, timeline, budget, and effort
- Provide accurate estimates for new requirements, design changes, and scope
- Conduct comprehensive impact assessments of proposed changes on processes, data, and systems
- Document findings formally
- Collaborate with the transformation lead and the broader project team to ensure successful completion of change initiatives
