Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with a medical practice or facility, radiology preferred.
- Basic computer software knowledge including Gmail, Drive, Google Spreadsheets, and Google Documents.
- Experience with scheduling.
- Project management experience.
- Client-facing customer service experience.

Responsibilities
- Triage incoming cases, resolve issues, and handle requests.
- Support daily workflow processes including the scan lifecycle.
- Triage and investigate client needs along with Imaging Services requests.
- Interface with Sales, Clients, Technology, Medical Affairs, Operations, Marketing, and Imaging Services teams.
- Perform Monday - Friday rotating shifts 7 am ET - 4 pm ET and 8 am ET - 5 pm ET.
