Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
- 3+ years focused on the Salesforce ecosystem or adjacent platforms.
- Technical understanding of metadata-driven architecture, deployment pipelines, and security models.
- Proficiency with Apex, Lightning, and the ISV partner ecosystem.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, or security/compliance tooling.
- Understanding of the competitive landscape (e.g., Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT).
- Experience presenting product visions to C-suite stakeholders.
- Ability to write technical specifications for engineering teams.
- Hands-on execution experience (PRDs, sprint reviews, wireframes).
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the multi-year product roadmap across five product lines.
- Identify whitespace opportunities in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Translate complex platform knowledge into premium product capabilities.
- Lead AI-powered DevOps development using Agentforce.
- Engage directly with Fortune 500 customers and prospects.
- Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with engineering to manage sprint planning and release coordination.
- Define and track product KPIs including adoption and competitive win rates.
