Requirements
- Active BCBA certification.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
- At least 2 years of documented telehealth service delivery.
- Demonstrated competence delivering remote Behavior Skills Training.
- At least 6 months of direct supervision experience with BTs/RBTs.
- Prior experience supervising RBTs or BTs across virtual teams.
- Must reside in CA, WA, AZ, CO, TX or VA.
- Willingness to obtain state licensure in WA, AZ, TX, and VA if not already held.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments using tools such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, EFL, AFLS, and BRIEF.
- Craft and monitor customized treatment plans for remote delivery.
- Provide continuous training to RBTs to enhance clinical expertise.
- Offer guidance and coaching to parents through video sessions.
- Perform rigorous data analysis to assess and track client progress.
- Develop remote-first SOPs, workflows, and best practices.
- Cover caseloads for supervisors on leave or in transition.
- Coordinate with the Site Director on client assignments across regions.
