  • Deep knowledge of Paylocity and use of reporting preferred.

  • Be a super user of Paylocity to update and ensure feeds are firing properly, partnering with Payroll to trouble shoot, analyze and fix issues.
  • Regularly perform scheduled quality checks in Paylocity; benefits eligibility, performance reviews, compensation increases, promotions, LOA, employee classifications
  • Assist Payroll with compensation adjustments, PTO, sick time so the data has been captured and is reflecting correctly.
  • Assist team members’ with 401 (k) questions regarding contribution amounts, plan changes, enrollments, and yearly catch-up contribution enrollment.
  • Pull reports and submit annual 401k, ACA, EEO-1 and other compliance reporting.
  • Assist with benefits renewal evaluations and open enrollment.
  • Respond to team members’ healthcare benefits questions regarding eligibility, benefits enrollment, contribution amounts, plan provisions, submitting claims, plan changes, and qualifying life events.
  • Complete incoming and outgoing administrative duties; workers compensation, garnished pay, OSHA, EEO-1, SUI etc.
  • Audit and submit OSHA 300 filing on a yearly basis.
  • Analyze HR metrics and develop HR reports, programs, and policies based on data output.
  • Implement HR solutions, programs, policies, and programs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as a change agent and single point of contact for employees and managers in the business unit.
  • Build a strong business relationship with team members of assigned business units.
  • Resolve employee issues and grievances, conducting unbiased investigations as needed leveraging deep understanding of Employment Laws and how they work.

🔍 Applied Behavior Analysis, Speech Language Pathology, and Occupational Therapy

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.

  • Serve as a thought leader in quality improvement and clinical excellence within the organization.
  • Collaborate with payors, accreditation bodies, and state agencies to align quality initiatives with industry expectations.
  • Act as an advisor to executive leadership, providing insights on compliance, and quality trends.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and client-centered care.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement compliance measures.
  • Evangelize MeBe’s commitment to quality in campaigns to referral partners.
