Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience, with ~2 years in investment banking or top-tier management consulting.
- 1-2 years in private equity, strategic finance, or FP&A in a scaling business.
- Excellent modelling capabilities: 3-statement modelling, scenario & sensitivity analysis, valuation, forecasting.
- Strong quantitative and strategic mindset.
- Self-sufficiency: ability to build from scratch and work independently.
- Solid communication skills: ability to translate complex financial insights for non-finance stakeholders.
- Willingness to roll up sleeves in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead capital allocation modelling: evaluate different capital types, deploy internal capital, assess returns across entities.
- Model market expansion scenarios: build and stress-test new market entry cases, including margin, tax, FCF and scaling implications.
- Price & sensitivity modelling: create scenarios to assess pricing strategies, margin impact, free cash flow outcomes.
- Data-driven GTM spend analysis: partner with Go-to-Market teams to quantify ROI of marketing, sales, product initiatives and drive decisions.
- Financial consolidation: reconstruct and integrate financial statements across multiple entities, build consolidated group-level views.
- Incentive compensation modelling: design and maintain frameworks for incentive plans aligned with performance and FCF metrics.
- Forecasting & long-range modelling: build and update models for revenue, FCF, other key metrics to support planning and decision-making.
- Actively collaborate with senior leaders: you’ll work directly with the Head of Business Operations and CEO to shape financial strategy.
