Requirements

  • 1-2 years of background experience with Verifications and Team lead.
  • Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to quickly learn new software and use systems accurately.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years experience in an office setting.
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to navigate between multiple windows/browsers, perform internet research, and type 45 WPM.
  • Maintain reliable internet connection and backup system.

Responsibilities

  • Train and coach new and current employees in the Verification Department.
  • Perform administrative responsibilities related to verifications and submit End of Day reports.
  • Conduct queue cleanup.
  • Perform Quality Assurance (QA) and WIP checks for all agents.
  • Assist hiring managers in the interviewing and hiring process.
  • Process verification files.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
