Requirements
- 1-2 years of background experience with Verifications and Team lead.
- Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to quickly learn new software and use systems accurately.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years experience in an office setting.
- Working knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to navigate between multiple windows/browsers, perform internet research, and type 45 WPM.
- Maintain reliable internet connection and backup system.
Responsibilities
- Train and coach new and current employees in the Verification Department.
- Perform administrative responsibilities related to verifications and submit End of Day reports.
- Conduct queue cleanup.
- Perform Quality Assurance (QA) and WIP checks for all agents.
- Assist hiring managers in the interviewing and hiring process.
- Process verification files.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
