Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and innovation.
  • Experience with SEO and PPC strategies (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms (preferred).
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion optimization techniques (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (email, social media, paid ads, and more).
  • Align campaign strategies with business objectives and target audience insights.
  • Work with designers, writers, and other stakeholders to create compelling content and visuals.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all campaigns.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Coordinate with the sales and product teams to ensure campaigns support lead generation and revenue goals.
  • Provide insights and reports to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for new channels and strategies.
