Requirements

Degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable IT education.
Extensive professional experience as a consultant or module support in SAP HCM PA, PY, or PT.
Very good knowledge of Customizing in SAP HCM modules.
Good knowledge of creating and developing payroll schemas and rules.
Technical knowledge of German payroll is an advantage.
Confident demeanor and professional handling of customers/escalations.
High level of initiative.
Ability to work independently.
Very good German and good English skills.
Willingness to travel for occasional business trips.

Responsibilities

Application Management in SAP HCM for modules PA, PY, or PT.
Concept, implementation, and quality assurance of SAP HCM requirements.
Client consultation for existing and new customers.
Participation in projects to map new HR requirements.
Analysis, creation, and implementation of solution concepts.
Documentation, functional testing, and bug fixing.
Support the team lead.
