Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive Health and Safety Management experience
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or equivalent
- Certifications in Employee Health and Safety (EHS)
- Experience in the service industry preferred
- Ability to travel 50% of the time
- Must live on the West Coast
Responsibilities
- Design and roll out regional safety programs aligned with organizational strategy
- Plan and conduct preventative care, safety, and compliance training programs
- Maintain comprehensive environmental safety and health programs
- Provide guidance to operations teams on health and safety processes
- Develop and manage budgets for safety programs, including forecasting and ROI analysis
- Coordinate investigations and Root Cause Analysis for accidents and near misses
- Establish, track, and report on safety program metrics to senior leadership
- Participate in team meetings and provide regular on-site project presence
- Implement and maintain Risk Assessment Plans
