Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in an Agile environment.
- 2-4 years of experience executing product development within Workday.
- Hands-on experience in at least one Workday domain: Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, HCM, AI, or Extend.
- Experience leveraging AI and automation in HR systems.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver across multiple large-scale initiatives.
- Strong judgment in stakeholder management and operational blocker removal.
- Demonstrated end-to-end product management and technical implementation experience.
- Experience in guiding prioritization and making trade-off decisions.
Responsibilities
- Understand business goals and translate functional requirements into a product vision.
- Own and evolve the Workday roadmap, balancing operational needs with long-term scalability.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve self-service.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Workday enhancements, from problem definition to post-launch validation.
- Create clarity in ambiguous situations and align teams.
- Guide stakeholders through solution design, tradeoffs, and sequencing.
- Communicate product direction through briefs, demos, and executive storytelling.
- Partner with internal teams to design sustainable and scalable Workday solutions.
