Requirements
- 3 or more years of graphic design experience with a focus on eCommerce or DTC brands.
- Portfolio showing real email templates, ad creatives, and landing page work.
- Hands-on experience building inside Klaviyo.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Working knowledge of Figma or Canva.
- Understanding of eCommerce performance principles (hooks, visual hierarchy, CTA placement).
- Ability to manage multiple brand aesthetics simultaneously.
- Availability for overlap with U.S. Eastern or Pacific time during core working hours.
Responsibilities
- Design and build campaign and flow templates directly inside Klaviyo.
- Optimize email layouts for mobile-first rendering and click-through.
- Design static ad creatives for Meta across 1:1, 4:5, and 9:16 formats.
- Edit and produce short-form video ads for Meta placements.
- Design conversion-focused landing pages for DTC Shopify brands.
- Maintain clean file organization and version control.
- Participate in feedback reviews and iterate based on performance data.
