Requirements

  • 3 or more years of graphic design experience with a focus on eCommerce or DTC brands.
  • Portfolio showing real email templates, ad creatives, and landing page work.
  • Hands-on experience building inside Klaviyo.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro or After Effects.
  • Working knowledge of Figma or Canva.
  • Understanding of eCommerce performance principles (hooks, visual hierarchy, CTA placement).
  • Ability to manage multiple brand aesthetics simultaneously.
  • Availability for overlap with U.S. Eastern or Pacific time during core working hours.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build campaign and flow templates directly inside Klaviyo.
  • Optimize email layouts for mobile-first rendering and click-through.
  • Design static ad creatives for Meta across 1:1, 4:5, and 9:16 formats.
  • Edit and produce short-form video ads for Meta placements.
  • Design conversion-focused landing pages for DTC Shopify brands.
  • Maintain clean file organization and version control.
  • Participate in feedback reviews and iterate based on performance data.
