Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in UX or Product Design roles, preferably in fast-paced digital product environments.
- Strong proficiency with design tools such as Figma, including experience creating interactive and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Experience using at least one AI-assisted coding or prototyping tool (e.g., Cursor or similar).
- Proven ability to conduct end-to-end user research and usability testing, including synthesis and actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of frontend structure, component-based design, and interaction behavior (HTML/CSS/JS awareness is a plus).
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working closely with engineering and product teams.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments, defining and refining requirements through iterative design and testing.
- Advanced English proficiency for collaboration in international, cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and prototype end-to-end user experiences, including flows, states, edge cases, and interaction logic using tools such as Figma and AI-assisted coding environments.
- Translate product requirements and early-stage ideas into functional, testable prototypes that can be used for validation and engineering handoff.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and product teams to iterate quickly on designs based on feedback, technical constraints, and user insights.
- Conduct user research activities and usability testing sessions, synthesizing findings to improve product decisions and experience quality.
- Maintain and evolve prototype code repositories with clear structure, reusable components, and reproducible demo environments.
- Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and consistency with design system patterns, including alignment with component libraries such as shadcn-based systems.
- Contribute to discovery work by helping define problems, map information architecture, and clarify product direction during early stages.
