Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in brand, marketing, or visual design.
  • Portfolio leading with social work—carousel systems, content series, platform-native creative.
  • Understanding of system-based design and social media performance metrics (thumb-stops, pacing, format constraints).
  • Fluent in Figma with experience in scalable components, organized files, and shared libraries.
  • Strong typography and layout instincts.
  • Organized, accountable, and clear communicator of design thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Own the social content pipeline end-to-end: planning, narrative, storyboard, design, and iteration through approvals.
  • Design carousels, static posts, story templates, short-form video graphics, and platform-native formats.
  • Build visual systems and content series—repeatable frameworks and templates.
  • Hit content velocity targets with consistent quality.
  • Stay current on platform specs and in-feed trends.
  • Track performance and iterate on designs based on results.
  • Design case study visuals that turn client results into proof points.
  • Create assets for internal and external presentations: decks, pitch materials, and thought leadership.
  • Maintain Darkroom's Figma-based brand system including templates and asset libraries.
