Requirements

  • BA/BS or similar college-level education.
  • 5+ years of experience selling in the B2B software space.
  • Focus on selling to large organizations.

  • Advanced understanding of SFDC or relevant CRM.
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
  • Proven problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time for conferences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting.
  • Act as the primary account lead (quarterback) for strategic customers.
  • Segment book of business to prioritize top opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute negotiation strategies.
  • Drive expansion conversations for existing customers.
  • Manage renewal processes and multi-year contracts.
  • Forecast projected expansion sales and renewals.
  • Provide status updates to management.
