  • 14 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree+10 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree+8 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in HR, Legal, and Product domains (PLM, Merchandising, 3D Patterning, Generative Design, ELM, HCM, Payroll)
  • Proficiency in performance engineering, observability, and secure system design (zero-trust, privacy)
  • Experience with relational databases, Git, command line, and modeling tools
  • Experience with TOGAF or similar Enterprise Architecture framework
  • Experience launching and supporting mission-critical systems worldwide
  • Experience with RFx processes and enterprise-grade resiliency patterns
  • Strong communication and executive-level storytelling skills

Responsibilities

  • Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with business goals
  • Develop technical architecture, data flows and diagrams for new initiatives
  • Develop and socialize multi-horizon roadmaps and capability maps
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Mentor lead engineers and solution architects in modern architecture practices
  • Support audit and compliance activities
  • Lead architecture reviews and produce auditable artifacts
  • Contribute to cybersecurity, privacy and AI governance workflows
