  • Proven managerial experience as a global senior-level total rewards leader.
  • Experience in large, publicly traded companies.
  • Executive Compensation expertise.
  • Superior communication skills.
  • BA, MBA, or BS from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and align total rewards strategy with company goals to attract, motivate, and retain talent.
  • Influence strategy through communications with senior leadership and Board of Directors.
  • Lead and develop compensation and benefits teams.
  • Act as SME for incentive compensation, benefit plan design, and health/welfare programs.
  • Oversee design and administration of stock compensation plans.
  • Coordinate communications for all compensation and benefits programs.
  • Lead annual compensation planning including base salary, bonuses, and awards.
  • Establish global compensation budgets and guidelines in partnership with Finance.
