Responsibilities
- Receive and handle user requests regarding services and account management.
- Provide technical setup support for source code management platforms.
- Support leads via email and website chat.
- Draft reports based on customer-provided information.
- Manage the legal drafting and review process for customer agreements.
- Ensure timely and correct resolution of customer requests.
