Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in systems management or IT operations.
- Experience working in public sector or Medicaid environments.
- Hands-on experience with large-scale enterprise systems (MMIS or similar healthcare platforms).
- 5+ years in technical and service delivery leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL practices.
- ITIL v4 Certification or equivalent.
- Understanding of system observability and proactive monitoring tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee system operations and service management for MMIS.
- Manage system-related activities and mitigate project risks.
- Ensure build-out, configuration, and deployment of applications across environments.
- Coordinate operations and maintenance strategies with stakeholders.
- Direct DBA teams and validate system configurations and database integrity.
- Enforce service management processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Drive system observability and rapid response capabilities.
- Serve on the Account Leadership Team and Change Advisory Board (CAB).
