Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 10 or more years of experience in AI, project coordination, project management, or program management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of AI concepts, automation, and data analytics.
- Proficiency in project management and solution lifecycle practices.
- Familiarity with privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical and research skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite/Google Workspace.
- PMP certification preferred.
- AI, machine learning, or data analytics certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage the intake and review of proposed AI initiatives in alignment with agency goals.
- Evaluate business value, data readiness, risk, and ethical considerations for AI use cases.
- Lead the planning, development, and delivery of approved AI solutions.
- Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and program staff for secure implementation.
- Ensure AI solutions meet privacy, security, legal, and ethical standards.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business programs.
- Define performance measures and monitor results to ensure business needs are met.
- Monitor AI trends and plan future initiatives.
