Requirements
- 1+ year of fully remote work experience.
- Professional experience with Golang.
- Familiarity with SaaS platform distributed systems (scalability, multi-tenancy, HA).
- Familiarity with Kubernetes in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tooling (Helm, Terraform, Jsonnet, etc.).
- Experience participating in blameless incident response.
- Experience breaking down complex systems into iterative increments.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating across teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate reconciliation systems for stack state.
- Collaborate across SSS, grafana.com, and deployment configurations.
- Improve operational efficiency by reducing deployment complexity.
- Manage rollout mechanisms for plugins, dashboards, data sources, and configuration.
- Support new region and cluster rollouts.
- Improve incident response and recovery paths.
- Partner with Product, Infrastructure, and Support teams.
- Contribute to roadmap planning and technical design.
