  • Previous experience in an HR Tech or Learning Solution SaaS environment
  • Previous experience working in the SaaS industry
  • Knowledge of customer success KPIs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to dig into client needs and pain points
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Master product and corporate culture
  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers and start new projects
  • Audit and analyze platform usage to identify opportunities
  • Provide L&D industry best practices and benchmarks
  • Define Learning & Development roadmap and strategy with clients
  • Identify and document customer use cases
  • Build relationships with key sponsors
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers on account expansion
  • Manage churn by identifying at-risk customers
  • Identify and develop customer advocates
