  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze client needs and pain points
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Master product and corporate culture
  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers and start new projects
  • Audit and analyze platform usage to identify opportunities
  • Provide L&D industry best practices and customer benchmarks
  • Define client L&D roadmaps and strategies
  • Develop relationships with key sponsors
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers to expand accounts
  • Limit churn by identifying at-risk customers and taking corrective actions
  • Develop and share business best practices
