- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Master product and corporate culture
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers and start new projects
- Audit and analyze platform usage to identify opportunities
- Provide L&D industry best practices and customer benchmarks
- Define client L&D roadmaps and strategies
- Develop relationships with key sponsors
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers to expand accounts
- Limit churn by identifying at-risk customers and taking corrective actions
- Develop and share business best practices
